Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is The Gift Express?The Gift Express is a fast, easy and affordable way to shop for fine-quality personalized gifts and personalized stationery. It's easy to make a lasting impression:
Do I have to order the personalization?All of our products can be personalized for an additional cost and it is only an option. If you prefer you can order without the engraving or foil stamping. Simply choose “No thank you.” when prompted. Note that the engraving or foil stamp option does take an additional 7 days. How long does it take?Most orders are produced and ship in 2 - 3 days without the personalized option. Note that the personalized option is an additional cost and does add about 7 days to the production time. “Ships in” refers to the amount of time in production. Actual delivery is in addition and takes approximately 4 - 5 days to arrive by FedEx or UPS Ground Service. Next-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day delivery options are available during checkout. We ship to Military addresses; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. What do I need to place an order?
What happens after placing my order?We process your order with the information that you supply; please proof-read your information carefully. An email order verification confirms your order; please hold onto this for your records since it includes your store order number. What about color?We strive to accurately represent our gift and stationery products. Most products have options for example: What does non tarnish mean?This means that the gift item will not tarnish and will not require to be polished. Just a light dusting or an occasional wipe with a soft cloth will maintain its lasting shine. What kind of paper stock do you use personalized stationery?Each product is produced on premium quality paper and envelopes. We use paper weights that are industry standards; cover weight for flat card stationery and text weight for folding notes. Some manufacturers have introduced double-thick papers; that would be identified in the product description. Each product comes with plain envelopes, adding the return address to the envelopes is available for an additional cost. Can I order a gift with a gift message?Yes! Many of our customers order gifts to be shipped directly to the gift recipient with a gift message. The gift message is on the packing slip. Can I order additional quantities?Yes! You can order additional sets at a discount! If available, the product offers this option as “Additional Value Sets”. Additional sets must be identical to the first set ordered.
